Orders are processed and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner. Processing times typically range from 2–7 business days before shipment, and delivery times vary by destination. Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons of size, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us at explorewatc@gmail.com within 14–30 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they enter production, as items are made specifically for you upon order.

8. Limitation of Liability
