Throughout the resort, you’ll find local art, colorful Southwestern ceramic pottery, and desert landscaping filled with towering saguaros and native cactus varieties, blending culture and nature in a way that feels uniquely Tucson.

Our spacious Sonoran king suite was just as impressive as the grounds. The bathroom felt like a personal spa retreat, with a generous walk-in shower, ceramic tile accents, and luxurious bath products.

The menu highlights seasonal, farm-to-table dishes crafted with fresh, locally sourced ingredients that celebrate the flavors of the Sonoran Desert. With its ever-changing menu, you’ll always find something unique and inspiring—whether it’s a refreshing summer salad or a hearty winter specialty.
We began with the Seasonal Summer Salad of watermelon, blueberries, arugula, and feta—a colorful dish that perfectly balanced sweet fruit, peppery greens, and creamy cheese. It was the ideal starter on a warm Tucson evening and showcased the chef’s creativity in using seasonal produce.
For entrées, we enjoyed a Bacon-Wrapped Filet Mignon that was tender and perfectly cooked, and a Grilled Halibut that was light, delicate, and beautifully paired with seasonal sides. Each plate looked like art, and the flavors lived up to the presentation—this is a restaurant that easily earns its reputation among the best restaurants in Tucson.
Dessert was a true highlight: a decadent slice of Biscoff Cheesecake with a velvety texture and just the right balance of spice and sweetness. It was the perfect finale to a meal that felt both indulgent and refined.
What makes The Grill even more memorable is the atmosphere. As we dined, we watched the sun set over the Catalina Mountains while locals gathered for birthdays, anniversaries, and special celebrations.
